Sales Representative

Job Summary:
Renu Contracting Restoration is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline and generating new sales for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify new business opportunities in the commercial flooring, epoxy flooring, sports flooring, restoration, and emergency response markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the industry.
• Conduct cold calls, in-person meetings, and email campaigns to generate prospects and enter the sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads and prospects to determine if they fit the ideal customer profile.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities through the sales cycle from prospect to sale.
• Provide consultative services to existing and prospective customers on RMS products and services.
• Manage all activities inside of CRM (Salesforce) and provide detailed reporting on activities, pipeline health, and sales.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and the presentation of professional product demonstrations.
• Represent Renu Contracting Restoration at corporate events and sales meetings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a positive attitude and desire to move up within a sales organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Database, and PowerPoint, as well as basic computer skills and applications.
• Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• 3-5 years of experience in prospecting and lead generation with demonstrated sales achievement.
• Experience within the municipalities, federal, state, and public education industries is preferred.
