Job Title: Lead Receptionist / Lead Client Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and leading a team in a fast-paced veterinary environment? HUB Veterinary Group is seeking a highly motivated Lead Receptionist / Lead Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and professional experience for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee and support the front desk team, ensuring efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
  • Manage client communications, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and resolving concerns.
  • Lead by example, fostering a positive and team-oriented environment.
  • Train and mentor reception staff, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to hospital protocols.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff to ensure seamless communication and client care.
  • Handle client billing, payment processing, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures related to client services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a client service or receptionist role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing top-notch service.
  • Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling, client records, and communications.
  • Passion for animal care and client satisfaction.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation is $22.00 - $26.00/hour.
