We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth at Flatfee Corp.
About Us:
Flatfee Corp. is a startup company that helps businesses grow globally with an AI-driven compliance solution. We offer end-to-end legal, accounting, human resources, tax, and other compliance services to support your operation overseas.
Job Summary:
The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and collaborating with other departments to align sales efforts with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market share growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set clear goals, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance reviews.
- Sales Planning: Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and plans. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address client needs and concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Experience with B2B service sales.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary:$120,000 - $180,000 per year
