About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at SourcePro Search, LLC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, demand, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Digital Marketing Strategies: Contribute to the design and implementation of digital marketing strategies that align with our overall goals, including collecting and analyzing communications statistics, focusing on digital marketing communications, and analyzing and communicating new business leads across digital marketing channels.
  • Manage Social Media Presence: Contribute to the firm's social media strategy and management, including finding ways to increase engagement, suggesting new channels and platforms, and ensuring that content is distributed on the correct platforms. Manage the firm's paid social media program, including suggesting ways to increase ROI and effectiveness.
  • Support Digital Campaigns: Support social and other digital campaigns and report analytics for the firm's paid social media advertising.
  • Maintain Digital Platforms: Help to maintain the firm's digital platforms, including the firm's website, social media accounts, and other marketing materials.
  • Create Content: Draft content for social media posts and campaigns.
  • Support Employee Advocacy: Support the rollout of the firm's Employee Advocacy tool and encourage participation with the lawyers and business professionals.
  • Develop Marketing Collateral: Write, edit, and help develop marketing collateral, including internal and external web content, social media content, email newsletters, and client alerts, and other print and electronic materials.
  • Track and Analyze Marketing Programs: Track and analyze ongoing marketing programs; evaluate return on investment of programs for key clients and apply learnings to future programs and activity.
  • Design and Implement Communications Tactics: Design and implement communications tactics based on the analysis of communications metrics, providing clients with content based on their behavior.
  • Execute Digital Campaigns: Execute digital campaigns using marketing automation tools.
  • Manage Project Schedule: Establish project schedule based on current workload and requirements of specific projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field (required).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in a corporate communications/professional services/digital marketing environment.
  • Content Creation: At least 5 years of experience coordinating and creating content for corporate intranets and websites.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of corporate communications and marketing resources, principles, procedures, and concepts.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of HTML and other website technologies. Experience with managing and executing email campaigns. Experience with managing social media, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, and paid campaigns. Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe PDF Creator.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English language punctuation, spelling, and grammar.
