About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Sales Professional to join our team at SitelogIQ. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales process from start to finish, performing research, developing business development and marketing plans, and executing sales pursuit strategies to secure sales at or above annual quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales process from start to finish, including identifying and qualifying opportunities, and executing sales pursuit strategies.
  • Develop and deliver compelling solutions to customers, working closely with the solution development team.
  • Act as quarterback of the sales team, initiating, building, and maintaining executive-level relationships.
  • Utilize CRM consistently as the primary means of managing sales pipeline and activity.
  • Work as a team player with the Business Development team to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent in education and experience in the Energy Industry (education and experience totaling 6+ years).
  • Sales experience with Facilities, Facility systems, Facility operations, Energy and Utilities.
  • Experience with ESCO sales, cold calling, and proactive prospecting at the financial decision-making level.
  • Knowledge of financial statements and operating budgets, with strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to client sites and industry events, with car allowance included.
