Account Executive

Amplify Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by strategically identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities in the renewable energy market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the End-to-End Sales Journey: Guide the sales process from initial prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Market Mastery: Gain comprehensive knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including current trends, major industry players, and regulatory landscapes.
  • In-depth Client Consultation: Perform thorough needs analyses to grasp clients' specific requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Relationship Building and Expansion: Establish and nurture strong relationships with industry decision-makers, positioning our Solutions as a go-to advisor in renewable energy consulting.
  • Navigate Sales Cycle: Manage intricate sales processes from the first engagement to successful deal closure.
  • Sales Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Keep a dynamic sales pipeline and ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts using HubSpot.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Act as our Solutions advocate at industry conferences, networking events, and professional gatherings.
  • Feedback Loop and Continuous Improvement: Establish a structured feedback loop with clients and internal teams to gather insights on the sales process and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy or environmental consulting sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project development, and financing.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
