The Operations Coordinator is a pivotal mid-level position aimed at assisting the Director of Operations in managing Production, Packaging, and Warehousing functions. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service, quality, and excellence through meticulous documentation and consistent follow-through. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong sense of reliability and confidentiality, along with the capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Operations in processing documentation related to Production & Quality, as well as Shipping & Receiving.
  • Manage inventory transactions, including transfers, receipts, and shipments.
  • Support event planning by coordinating logistics for client visits, employee meetings, training sessions, and other events.
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the Director of Operations.
  • Employ creative problem-solving skills to address complex requirements.
  • Manage the calendar and handle incoming and outgoing communications, including scheduling meetings on platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Deliver outstanding client service to both internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing conflicting needs and managing sensitive matters with discretion and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure effective scheduling and task completion.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments and maintain credibility and trust within the team.
  • Strategically prioritize tasks while considering the broader impact of decisions on operations and client relations.
  • Proactively handle critical communications, including drafting correspondence that supports the Director's relationships within the organization.
  • Efficiently manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and make necessary edits to documents.

Physical Requirements:

This role is primarily office-based, necessitating a consistent on-site presence to ensure business continuity and effective collaboration. The position may require occasional off-site errands. The candidate should be comfortable operating standard office equipment and may need to lift items weighing between 10-25 pounds.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between $50,000.00 and $70,000.00, based on experience, skills, and education.
