Position Overview:
Join Johnson Financial Group (JFG) as a Client Relationship Specialist within our Consumer Banking division.
As the largest family-owned financial institution in Wisconsin, JFG is renowned for its exceptional customer service, placing the client experience at the forefront of every interaction.
In this role, you will serve as the primary representative of the bank, dedicated to delivering a personalized service experience. Your main objective will be to address client needs effectively while fostering deeper connections through tailored financial solutions.
You will oversee a designated portfolio of clients, responsible for facilitating the opening of deposit and loan products as well as engaging in proactive business development aimed at Target Market clients for their essential banking requirements.
Your contributions will significantly impact the financial well-being of clients, assisting them in safeguarding their most valuable asset - their family.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide guidance to consumer and small business clients in selecting deposit accounts, loans, and various financial services.
Act as the main point of contact for your assigned client portfolio, proactively nurturing relationships and ensuring client loyalty; actively seek to attract new clients.
Leverage and adopt innovative technology to enhance the client experience.
Achieve and surpass individual targets for new loans, deposit accounts, and referrals; utilize diverse reports to track and communicate progress.
Identify and successfully refer clients and prospects to relevant business partners, resulting in expanded relationships across other business lines.
As part of OneJFG, you will collaborate with a team of supportive business partners to address our clients' comprehensive financial needs.
Work closely with your branch team to stay informed about competitor products, services, and pricing; employ techniques to effectively compare and contrast JFG offerings with those of competitors.
In addition to managing client relationships, you may occasionally be required to assist at the teller line and perform cash handling tasks.
Qualifications and Benefits:
3+ years of experience in financial services; lending experience is highly preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; advanced training or education is a plus, and we offer tuition reimbursement for those seeking academic advancement.
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration will be obtained upon hire.
Exceptional client service and communication skills are essential, along with a genuine passion for helping others.
