Sales Account Executive

The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in a designated geographic region. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations and procedures, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Partner with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Manage and document sales pipeline process and activities
- Support and partner with the marketing department to achieve regional goals
- 5+ years of sales and business development experience
- Prior experience working in a custom manufacturing or engineering environment
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Credible, with excellent business acumen and high-level analysis skills
- Bachelor's degree in a mechanical or manufacturing engineering discipline
- Ability to develop strong knowledge of business operations and procedures: aluminum extrusion, plastic injection molding, precision machining and other related manufacturing processes
- Ability to travel 20-40% of the time
