Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at The Swift Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes for complex mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes for mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products, including electronics packaging and interconnects.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality components.
  • Conduct quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on mechanical systems and electronics packaging.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with vacuum systems, cryogenics, and custom electronics assemblies.
  • Knowledge of government regulations, including export control and IP protection.

Security Clearance:

  • A current government clearance and background investigation are required.
