Senior RF Antenna Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior RF Antenna Systems Engineer to join our team at Antenna Research Associates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF antenna design and development, with experience in designing and developing cutting-edge antenna systems for military and civilian applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop new RF antenna products, including front-end systems for RADAR, SATCOM, EW, MILCOM, and Communications applications.
- Manage multiple design projects to successfully deliver system products, including technical supervision of Electrical Engineers as needed.
- Write technical proposals in response to RFPs, taking diverse specifications in RF (G/T, EIRP, AESA, PESA) into account.
- Create Test Requirements, ATP, and Manuals, as well as design systems engineering processes.
- Test antennas and analyze antennas, supporting manufacture of production antennas and providing customer support as required.
- BSEE (minimum), MSEE or PhD Preferred; MS-EE with 8+ years of experience is preferred.
- Experience or exposure with the following antennas: Parabolic UHF/VHF Helical, Wideband Multiband Cavity-backed, Slot Spiral Log periodic/dipole/Yagi, Microstrip Patch Feed networks.
- Technical Skillset to include experience or exposure to: Feedhorns, Dual and quad ridge horns, arrays, RF front-end systems, AESA/PESA design, Waveguide design, Active electronic components and design, Experience with vector network analyzers, Far-field measurements, Simulation experience with HFSS, CST, TICRA, FEKO, AWR, or MATLAB, Soldering, Prototyping.
