Job Title: Senior System Engineer

BCT-LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior System Engineer to join our team. As a Senior System Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and integration of complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user requirements and develop system architectures that meet those needs.
  • Lead Integrated Product Teams to review and manage Requirements Traceability Matrix.
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
  • Develop technical documentation and system design solutions that satisfy system requirements.
  • Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews.
  • Participate in Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) efforts and recommend preferred solutions based on selection criteria.
Qualifications:
  • Twenty (20) years of experience as a System Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • Five (5) years of additional System Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
