* Conduct research on complex cybersecurity policy issues, gather data, and assess the effectiveness of current policies.

* Brief senior officials on policy implications and potential impacts to the agency and stakeholders.

* Review policy documentation, including memos, briefings, and other communications.

* Adapt to changing laws, regulations, and federal guidance.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity policy development or oversight.

* Comprehensive understanding of the NIST special publication catalog.

* Proficiency in interpreting external guidance from authoritative sources like OMB, CISA, etc.

* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

* Proven ability to collaborate as part of a team.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.
