Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems Security: Design, implement, and support security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software.
  • Security Incident Response: Respond to and investigate security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
  • Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Security Audits: Conduct security audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Security Architecture: Assist in the design and implementation of security architecture.
  • Security Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain security policies and procedures.
  • Security Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver security training programs to raise awareness and educate employees on best security practices.
  • Security Threat Intelligence: Monitor and analyze threat intelligence sources for potential threats and vulnerabilities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • TS/SCI security clearance or eligibility.
  • Strong knowledge of security principles, best practices, and technologies.
  • Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and anti-virus software.
  • Experience with security incident response and vulnerability management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
  • Experience with cloud security.
  • Experience with network security technologies such as VPNs and IDS/IPS.
