Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Fleet Manager to lead our leasing division, driving customer satisfaction and profitability through effective management of maintenance expenses, shop operations, and fleet management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and improve maintenance expenses for lease and rental fleets across the Bruckner Leasing organization
  • Optimize shop profitability results by controlling absorption rates, mechanic efficiency rates, overtime costs, and other shop-related expenses
  • Maintain PM accuracy to ensure 95% on-time compliance
  • Monitor and contain sub-vehicle expenses
  • Control timeliness of repairs in all shop locations
  • Identify potential bill backs and communicate effectively
  • Own after-hours breakdown management and timely customer advising
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop a high-caliber service force
  • Ability to obtain profitable results through motivation, counseling, performance reviews, skills development, and product knowledge growth
  • Effective management of service administration functions, operational performance reporting, process streamlining, and business relationship maximization
  • Achieve high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Provide ongoing training to the service team to possess industry knowledge and present information accurately
  • Achieve shop profitability results per semi-annual goals set by Bruckner Leasing Management
  • Active participation in reducing outside maintenance expenses
  • Monitor and take corrective action on units held in shops beyond repair windows
  • Bring solutions and recommendations for problem issues
  • Partner with various departments and utilize tools available in the Enrich system
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per yearBenefits:
