Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Channel Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a channel strategy to establish a dealer network for North America. This role requires a strong understanding of sales channels, customer relationships, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a channel strategy to identify and establish a dealer network for North America.
  • Implement and monitor the effectiveness of ECHO robotic sales programs.
  • Provide on-site support during the installation process.
  • Target end users to promote the sales of robotic products.
  • Monitor sales activity and forecast production requirements.
  • Conduct sales calls with dealer representatives on key accounts.
Requirements
  • Channel sales experience required, including making "cold" and "warm" customer calls.
  • Previous equipment/industrial sales experience or product management experience preferred.
  • Business-minded, with an entrepreneurial desire to be part of a new, growing division.
  • Ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Team player who can also produce independent results.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field. Related experience may substitute for degree.
