Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Train new employees in our company's customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Create a daily lunch and break schedule and ensure it is followed.
  • Staff Support: Delegate duties to front-of-house staff and provide support throughout the shift.
  • Store Operations: Manage the flow of the store during your shift and be prepared to step in to cover any position as needed.
Essential Duties
  • Employee Training: Assist in the proper and thorough training of all employees.
  • Transaction Standards: Help monitor and enforce transaction standards and procedures.
  • Policy Enforcement: Ensure that all staff are abiding by company policies and procedures.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Take initiative to ensure that sales floor employees remain compliant with state regulations.
  • Communication: Provide clear and effective communication to employees, management, and corporate staff.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers experience excellent care while in our facility.
  • POS Functions: Assist with transactions and other POS functions as needed.
  • Leadership: Exhibit persistence and strong leadership through example and experience.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Organizational Skills: Organized with attention to detail.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: At least one year of retail experience is highly preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged Standing: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the facility.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
