- Salary Range: $104,169.00 annually

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, your duties will include:
- Providing patient-focused pharmacy services, including therapy monitoring and medication education.
- Evaluating medication appropriateness based on patient diagnosis, allergies, and history.
- Promoting rational medication therapy by reviewing orders against current literature and making recommendations.
- Monitoring patient responses to therapies and documenting medication histories accurately.
- Distributing medications responsibly and triaging orders to meet immediate patient needs.
- Providing drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Supporting educational initiatives by mentoring pharmacy students and residents.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is required. Candidates must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure as a Pharmacist by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy.
