Job Summary

The Major Market Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the higher employee band and more complex end of the midmarket space. This role requires a consultative approach, leveraging tools and technology to consult with potential clients and determine the optimal solutions to solve their business challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients through prospecting and referrals, and leverage tools and technology to support this effort.
  • Consult with potential clients to determine the optimal solutions to solve their business challenges and accommodate specific business needs.
  • Present Paycor products and services to potential clients, both in person and by phone.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with assigned referral sources.
  • Ownership of individual accurate monthly and quarterly forecast.
  • Analyze current practices of potential clients and identify additional sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed agreed upon sales activity and sales targets.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years' experience in consultative, B2B sales with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced work environment without direct daily supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • 4-year business degree.
