Job Summary

We are Bugcrowd, a leading provider of crowdsourced security solutions. As an Account Executive with our Mid-Market team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the mid-market segment. This is a high-energy, fast-paced role that requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the mid-market segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to close deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate sales performance metrics
Requirements
  • 3+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a mid-market or enterprise sales environment
  • Strong understanding of the mid-market sales landscape and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies
