Position: Mid-Market Sales Executive
Role Summary
Upon completion of our comprehensive training program lasting 3-6 months, you will take full responsibility for cultivating your own portfolio of new and existing shipper partners. You will serve as the primary liaison for TransLoop, with the key objectives of establishing trust, utilizing TransLoop's advanced technology, extensive carrier network, and exceptional talent to uncover opportunities for both new and ongoing partnerships with shippers across the nation. This role demands a highly organized self-starter and a dynamic sales professional. We are committed to assembling the most elite sales team in the logistics sector and are continuously seeking top-tier talent.
This position is crucial for TransLoop, and your success will significantly influence our business trajectory and future expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster new and enhance existing customer relationships through lead generation and prospecting
- Develop a robust pipeline and assess leads for qualification
- Identify areas for improvement in our offerings, value proposition, and sales strategies
- Utilize our leading-edge technology platform
- Create and implement sales propositions to onboard new clients
- Establish and refine new sales processes
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in supply chain, sales, or customer service
- Logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated history of high performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree related to supply chain, logistics, or sales
- Experience in 3PL, Transportation, or Technology sales
- Background in pharmaceutical sales, professional sports, or similar roles
