We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. At Tribles Inc, we value reliability, attention to detail, and self-motivation, especially when it comes to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers both via telephone and in-store to fulfill their needs.
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently.
- Prepare and gather customer orders for delivery.
Essential Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; weekends off.
- Proficient in reading and processing orders accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Strong computer and keyboard skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening abilities.
What We Offer:
We provide a competitive hourly wage based on experience, along with weekly pay. After 60 days of employment, you will be eligible for comprehensive company benefits, including health and dental insurance, 401K, life insurance, long-term disability, holiday pay, leave pay, educational benefits for approved courses, and an employee discount on purchases. Additionally, there are opportunities for monthly bonuses.
