Technical Support Role

At Loxone, we're passionate about making smart homes and building automation accessible to everyone. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping our partners succeed in project design and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert phone, video, and email support to partners
  • Onboard new partners to ensure a smooth transition
  • Build strong relationships with partners through regular communication
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue with existing partners
  • Collaborate with partners to design and plan showrooms
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant technical field
  • Strong technology and sales enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Electrical, network, or programming skills
  • Strong desire to learn and grow
