Job Title:

Lead the development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and systems, enabling efficient volume scaling of production lines.

Our company develops and manufactures fiber lasers based on industry-leading semiconductor laser and optical fiber technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage expertise in process development and improvement to drive continuous improvement opportunities and yield metrics using analytical techniques, lean manufacturing, and six sigma concepts.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement improved manufacturing processes and systems, efficiently scaling production lines from medium to high volume.
  • Evaluate, procure, and qualify new manufacturing equipment and tools to support manufacturing of released processes and products.
  • Direct daily activities of engineering technicians and evaluate their performance.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
