What We Seek in Your Skillset
- Compensation range starting at $18.50, based on experience

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Proficient in point of sale systems, ensuring accurate patient account management
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred

- Educate patients on wellness services and offerings
- Share personal experiences related to Chiropractic care

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to both members and patients.
- The primary focus of the Wellness Coordinator is to drive membership growth and achieve sales targets.
- Welcome members and patients upon arrival and facilitate their check-in process.
- Handle incoming phone inquiries.
- Reconnect with inactive members.
- Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotional offers.
- Support team objectives and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
- Confidently present and sell membership options and visit packages.
- Keep management informed of member feedback and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for growth.
- Previous office management or marketing experience is advantageous (this role does not involve supervising other staff).
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
