Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding service to both members and patients.
  • The primary focus of the Wellness Coordinator is to drive membership growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Welcome members and patients upon arrival and facilitate their check-in process.
  • Handle incoming phone inquiries.
  • Reconnect with inactive members.
  • Stay informed about membership options, packages, and promotional offers.
  • Support team objectives and foster positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
  • Confidently present and sell membership options and visit packages.
  • Keep management informed of member feedback and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Accept constructive feedback positively and utilize it for growth.
  • Previous office management or marketing experience is advantageous (this role does not involve supervising other staff).
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
