Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator/Assistant Project Manager. This role will provide administrative support to our Project Managers and Construction Team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Managers and Construction Team in job-related activities
  • Record and analyze data
  • Submit documents and maintain accurate filing systems
  • Receive and report inventory
  • Expedite important documents and materials
  • Familiarize with plans and shop drawings
  • Organize and maintain office and files
  • Perform daily and general duties
  • Receive and forward mail
  • Email correspondence
  • Maintain general office cleanliness
  • Answer and forward calls
  • Follow company procedures and processes
  • Attend subcontractor meetings
  • Provide on-site and off-site administrative support
  • Ensure Service Level Objectives are met and projects are completed on time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (bonus)
  • Basic knowledge in residential and/or commercial construction
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests
  • Willingness to train the right applicant with little to no experience
