We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team in Fairbanks, AK.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing mail correspondence.
- Assist with general office duties, including making copies, scanning documents, faxing, and mailing.
- Organize and clean break rooms and conference spaces.
- Track, order, and restock office supplies and groceries.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare packages for shipping, and replenish postage.
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems.
- Maintain company contact lists and phone directories.
- Assist with errands and deliveries.
- Manage inter-office paperwork.
- Complete union onboarding and offboarding tasks.
- Support data entry tasks.
- Arrange travel arrangements for employees.
- Plan and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Valid state driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
- Ability to pass a background screening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical or vocational training in office administration.
- Previous experience in the construction industry.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $25.00 - $30.00 hourly, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
