Position Overview:
The Cook plays a vital role in our culinary team, assisting both the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef in the daily preparation and production of a variety of food items for different dining venues.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in high-volume food production.
- High school diploma or equivalent training.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and tools.
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Effective communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Chef on Duty for daily task assignments.
2. Prepare and produce food items for various dining services.
3. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in kitchen preparation areas.
4. Understand the function of kitchen equipment for proper usage and maintenance.
5. Label and date all food items before storage.
6. Utilize all food materials efficiently to minimize waste.
7. Assist in the presentation and service of food during events.
8. Adhere to company policies and report any discrepancies to management.
9. Foster positive relationships with guests and team members.
10. Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
