Position Overview:
The Cook plays a vital role in assisting the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in the daily culinary operations. This position is essential for the preparation and presentation of food across various dining venues, including the cafeteria, banquet facilities, and fine dining areas.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in high-volume food production.
- High school diploma or equivalent training.
- Compliance with governmental health regulations.
- Proficiency in operating kitchen equipment and tools.

- Effective communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the Chef on Duty to receive daily assignments.

4. Demonstrate knowledge of kitchen equipment and their proper usage.
5. Ensure all food items are dated and stored appropriately.
6. Utilize all food trimmings and excess items efficiently.
7. Assist in the presentation of food during banquets and conferences.
8. Adhere to company policies and report any violations.
9. Maintain excellent relations with both employees and guests.
10. Foster a cooperative working relationship with all departments.
