Job Summary

Adecco is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Cheyenne, Wyoming. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for processing accounts receivable transactions, evaluating current policies, and recommending process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Accounts Receivable Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, credit memos, and refunds.
  • Evaluate and Improve Processes: Continuously evaluate current policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle Sensitive Information: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support Audits: Provide support for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare Cash Receipts: Prepare cash receipts for processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform Account Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Manage Collections: Manage collection efforts, including communicating with customers and resolving any issues.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Prefer a degree in accounting or a related field, but not required.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software and programs, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
