Job Title: General Manager, Modern Work

Microsoft is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive customer success and digital transformation in the Modern Work & Security business. As a General Manager, you will lead a team of sales specialists and technical sellers to provide best-in-class solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer success through inspirational sales leadership, fostering a culture of customer-centricity, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Lead the organization to drive digital transformation and AI-enabled projects through business outcome selling and expanding customer IT and business connections.
  • Work closely with key partners to expand the team's sales capabilities and reach in the area.
  • Enable and empower specialist sales and technical specialist managers to drive cloud business growth at or above targets and accelerate customer value realization through cloud services consumption in Modern Work & Security.
  • Provide technology thought leadership to customers by aligning technology solutions to their digital transformation and AI needs.
  • Grow share faster than competitors through best-in-class sales execution, ensuring appropriate rolling quarter qualified pipeline and consumption targets.
  • Create clarity, generate energy, and deliver success through an impactful people and readiness agenda, increasing workgroup health and organizational capabilities aligned to future market needs.
Requirements:
  • 11+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field and 8+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
  • 3+ years of people management experience.
  • 7+ years of people management experience.
  • Deep knowledge and sales experience in Productivity & Security software suites, Microsoft Modern Work, and related technologies.
  • Spanish language proficiency.
