Sales Enablement Officer TMS

City National Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Officer to join our Treasury Management Solutions team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales enablement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of City National's commercial product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to design and implement sales enablement programs that drive sales performance and customer engagement.
- Design and deliver training programs, sales tools, and other resources to support sales teams in achieving their goals.
- Work closely with the performance management team to develop and implement sales reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sales enablement initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of business experience, combined 7 years of work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial industry in a similar role.
- General knowledge of commercial/treasury products.
- Experience in sales, sales enablement, strategic planning, or similar roles.
Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
