Opportunity Overview:

As a Senior Agile Program Manager, you will oversee engineering support for all aspects of agile software development processes. Your commitment to achieving results and facilitating development teams engaged in critical intelligence community projects is paramount. In this role, you will leverage your advanced consulting abilities, extensive technical knowledge, and comprehensive industry insights to drive program success. You will devise innovative solutions to intricate challenges and operate with minimal supervision. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that scrum principles and methodologies are accurately understood by both the team and key stakeholders, while also mentoring and guiding team members to elevate their performance to the highest standards.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in information technology
  • 5+ years of experience leading Scrum, Agile, or SAFe teams
  • 2+ years of experience engaging with clients and providing program support across multiple Agile teams
  • Experience in coordinating product development activities across programs or projects, including requirements development
  • Proven ability to provide insights on resource allocation to mitigate critical bottlenecks
  • Experience in evaluating Sprint Reviews and Demos
  • Experience in managing and maintaining a Program Increment backlog
  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Capability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Jira, including the use of Jira Dashboards and Advanced Roadmaps
  • Experience in leading Agile transformation initiatives and collaborating to enhance large-scale Agile processes
  • Experience supporting the intelligence community
  • Background in software engineering and development
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including project administration
  • Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Agile or SAFe Certification, such as SAFe Program Consultant Certification
  • Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

Clearance Requirements:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
