Noblis is looking for a Certified Agile Facilitator (All Levels) with an ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph clearance.

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with federal clients to create innovative solutions for pressing mission challenges. Your role will involve working alongside software developers, systems engineers, systems architects, business analysts, project managers, and subject matter experts to implement best practices in agile methodologies.

In this position, you will:

  • Collaborate with the team to define project scopes and ensure tasks and milestones are met on time.
  • Utilize tools such as GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence to document project information for effective knowledge management.
  • Engage with subject matter experts and technical professionals to outline program roadmaps and develop user stories and tasks.
  • Regularly present updates, metrics, and results to a broader team of leadership and clients.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT projects, ideally as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Lead daily scrum meetings, biweekly sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, backlog grooming sessions, and planning poker for multiple technical teams.
  • Demonstrated experience applying Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies across various project sizes.
  • Proven ability to develop product roadmaps and establish long-term timelines.
  • Facilitate and prepare for external end-of-sprint demonstrations.
  • Create, maintain, and organize a backlog of features, epics, stories, and tasks in JIRA.
  • Contribute to release planning based on team capacity and skill set.
  • Analyze and present statistics on time estimation accuracy, team velocity, and burndown rates to manage each sprint effectively.
  • Meet with product owners and operational business managers to introduce scrum and program processes.
  • Identify common challenges across teams and lead the implementation of effective solutions.
  • Communicate team progress and dependencies with other team leads during scrum of scrums.
  • Collaborate with business, testing, and user support teams to gather requirements and provide updates on feature progress.
  • Review and provide feedback on drafted user stories and epics to ensure alignment with Agile standards.
  • Create Agile graphics and project management office materials for executive briefings.
  • Hold an ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph clearance.

Desired Qualifications

  • Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or experience on an Agile/Scrum team.
  • Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with a focus on initiative and follow-through.
  • Experience implementing scrum in large-scale, complex systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile backlog management tools, preferably JIRA.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and creative skills, able to maintain composure in dynamic environments.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a mixed team of government personnel and contractors.
  • Ability to collaborate with business analysts, developers, and testers while understanding their respective skills.
  • Experience with the full software development lifecycle is a plus.
