In this role, you will leverage your advanced consulting abilities, deep technical knowledge, and comprehensive industry insights to guarantee the success of programs. You will devise creative solutions to intricate challenges and operate with a high degree of autonomy. Your role will involve ensuring that scrum principles and methodologies are accurately understood by both the team and key stakeholders, while also mentoring and guiding team members to reach their optimal performance.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Information Technology
  • 5+ years of experience leading Scrum, Agile, or SAFe teams
  • 2+ years of experience engaging with clients and providing program support across multiple Agile teams
  • Experience in coordinating product development activities across programs or projects, and in developing requirements
  • Experience in providing insights on resource allocation to mitigate critical bottlenecks
  • Experience in evaluating Sprint Reviews and Demonstrations
  • Experience in managing and maintaining a Program Increment backlog
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain a Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Jira, including the use of Jira Dashboards and Advanced Roadmaps
  • Experience in leading Agile transformation initiatives and collaborating to establish or progressively enhance large-scale Agile processes
  • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community
  • Background in software engineering and development
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence, including project administration
  • Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Agile or SAFe Certification, such as SAFe Program Consultant Certification
  • Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification

Clearance Requirements:

Selected applicants will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
