Position Overview:
The Senior Manager of IT Programs is responsible for spearheading Data Architecture (DA) initiatives, which encompass extract-transform-load (ETL) methodologies and the design of data warehouse solutions. This role requires a thorough analysis of business requirements and the resolution of ongoing issues. The candidate will leverage advanced theories, principles, and concepts to contribute to the formulation of innovative principles and concepts. The position involves leading the development of solutions for intricate challenges while exercising considerable autonomy in decision-making. Additionally, the role includes overseeing and mentoring first-level Supervisors and Managers.
Essential Qualifications:
- Over 12 years of experience in managing software system development within the Intelligence Community (IC), Federal Government, or commercial sectors.
- Extensive experience in providing technical solutions for complex, highly integrated systems.
- Proven track record of direct program support within the Defense and Intelligence sectors.
- Experience in managing projects utilizing various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models, including CMMI, SAFe, Agile, and cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing contracts involving multiple subcontractors.
- Leadership experience in guiding project teams of 20 or more employees and serving as the primary client relationship manager.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise-wide systems, system integrations, and development processes.
- Possession of a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience across all phases of the proposal lifecycle.
- Background as a capture and proposal manager.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols for classified systems.
- Knowledge in the design, development, testing, implementation, and governance of software application programming interfaces (APIs) for geospatial systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for effective interaction with team members and senior government clients.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Professional (ACP), Certified ICAgile Professional, AWS Associate, AWS Professional, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Certification are advantageous.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is mandatory.

Compensation:

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 annually.
