Job Title: Senior Sales Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the wireless industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the wireless industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on driving business growth and improving sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
