Position Overview

As we aim to expand our operations, we are in search of a results-driven and committed Operations Executive to enhance efficiency, drive innovation, and achieve success across our Sales, Engineering, and Manufacturing divisions. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills and strong business acumen. This seasoned leader will spearhead strategic process initiatives, optimize performance across various departments, and lead product line development and innovation.

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in motivating teams to achieve shared objectives and effectively drive key performance metrics throughout the organization. You must excel in interpersonal relations and thrive in a high-intensity manufacturing and technology environment, as you will engage directly with both international and domestic teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze overarching market trends and requirements to formulate internal strategies that support multifaceted company growth, including market diversification, product innovation, engineering efficiency, manufacturing optimization, and operational profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and financial team to provide budget recommendations, guide contract negotiations, assess monthly and quarterly outcomes, and lead regular meetings to inspire teams around common goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, manufacturing, quality control, logistics, and sourcing teams to ensure tactical execution, proactively addressing and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Oversee business processes and implement productivity tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Revitalize the company’s vision and mission, aligning teams with high-level objectives by developing departmental directives, setting goals and KPIs, and nurturing leadership talent within the organization to support sustainable growth.
  • Influence customer relationships tactically to enhance customer satisfaction both in the short and long term.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a technical field (engineering or similar); an MBA is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success as a hands-on operations management leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience, or in comparable roles with a progressive career trajectory in manufacturing and technology environments.
  • Exceptional critical thinking abilities, with a talent for visualizing broader impacts and prioritizing strategies; adept at creatively analyzing problems to make informed decisions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Strong international business acumen, with experience engaging large-scale clients at all levels within a complex, fast-paced B2B setting.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, contract negotiation, manufacturing processes, and product development.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Conversational fluency in Mandarin.
  • Relevant certifications such as CSCP, PMP, or Six Sigma.
