Job Summary

Hollywoodbr is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and supervision to staff in the department, supporting operational goals, and monitoring performance and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and supervision to staff in the department, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.
  • Support and administer operational goals, monitoring achievements of performance and profit objectives.
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager any scheduling concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain product menu and assist in recording product inventories.
  • Maintain established quality assurance procedures to ensure acceptable health department and customer service standards.
  • Follow all intoxication procedures to ensure the safety of all guests.
  • Support compliance to departmental budgets.
  • Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
  • Assist in conducting pre-shift meetings to relay pertinent information on assigned shift.
  • Assist Manager with administrative duties, as needed.
  • Assist in cleaning and reset of F&B Outlet(s) as necessary during assigned shift.
  • Monitor appearance of food/beverage served and communicate deviations in accordance with established standard.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and report potential issues to management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required; one to two years Beverage or equivalent experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior gaming experience preferred.
  • Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have 2-3+ years of supervision experience in food & beverage.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
