What We Are Looking For:

We seek enthusiastic and sociable Bartenders dedicated to providing an outstanding experience for every guest. Bartenders are responsible for delivering a comprehensive dining experience, showcasing menu expertise and crafting cocktails that adhere to our signature recipes.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring a remarkable full-service experience for our guests consistently.
  • Building connections with regular patrons to foster a welcoming environment.
  • Thriving in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
  • Completing opening and closing tasks while maintaining a tidy and inviting bar area throughout your shift.
  • Creating innovative signature beverages unique to Torchy's Tacos.
  • Complying with state-mandated alcohol-server regulations, food handling guidelines, and our policies regarding alcohol service and safety.
  • Managing tabs during your shift using our point of sale system.
  • Enjoying your work.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a bartender in a restaurant setting.
  • A valid state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.).
  • Flexibility in work schedules based on business requirements.
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry items weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and walk long distances.
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for items on shelves at various heights.
