Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests warmly, using their names whenever possible, and recognize returning patrons.
  2. Serve beverages in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
  3. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary, adhering to established protocols.
  4. Provide prompt and friendly service to guests, beverage servers, and bartenders.
  5. Restock bar supplies and maintain cleanliness in the work area, following health and safety regulations.
  6. Ensure par levels of inventory are maintained and procure replacements as needed.
  7. Organize and store bar items according to safety procedures.
  8. Replace empty beer kegs and prepare garnishes as required.
  9. Operate bar equipment and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  10. Prepare a variety of beverages and ensure proper identification checks for age verification.
  11. Utilize a cash register/POS system accurately, managing cash and credit transactions responsibly.
  12. Participate in training and meetings as required.
  13. Adhere to all food and beverage regulations.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. A Responsible Vendor Permit and relevant liquor licenses are required.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires physical mobility, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a dynamic environment. Candidates must be able to handle various challenges and prioritize tasks effectively.

Availability:

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is essential for this role.
