Position Overview

As a Beverage Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized service and addressing guests by name.
  • Resolving service-related issues in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Acting as a goodwill ambassador during work hours and at public relations events.
  • Promoting upcoming events and programs within the casino.
  • Delivering prompt and friendly beverage service to guests, ensuring a round time of 20 minutes or less.
  • Monitoring guest alcohol consumption and intervening when necessary, following company protocols.
  • Taking drink orders, coordinating with bartenders, and presenting beverages to guests.
  • Handling cash transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Collaborating effectively with fellow beverage servers, bartenders, and supervisors.
  • Maintaining a clean and well-stocked workstation.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Completion of RVP training course and obtaining a liquor license is mandatory.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Accurate cash handling and change counting abilities.
  • Knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients is preferred.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Adherence to professional appearance standards as outlined by company policy.
  • Physical mobility with reasonable accommodations, including the ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced, often crowded and noisy environment.
