ProSearch is seeking a seasoned Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing initiatives and strategies. This role is pivotal as the most senior marketing executive within the organization, directly reporting to the General Manager and COO. The CMO will oversee a dedicated team of four marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Assess and refine the current marketing strategy, crafting a comprehensive plan that emphasizes brand management, effective lead generation, and revenue enhancement.
- Team Development: Inspire and guide a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation while setting clear performance goals.
- Channel Oversight: Manage all marketing channels, including digital platforms, television, and radio, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and optimizing vendor relationships.
- Brand Strategy: Strengthen brand visibility and reputation across all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand identity.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness, recommend new KPIs, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
- Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
- Additional Responsibilities: Engage in showroom design and customer experience initiatives, while maintaining relationships with key marketing personnel in the industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
- A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated success in formulating and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team mentorship and motivation.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
