Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Assess and refine the current marketing strategy, crafting a comprehensive plan that emphasizes brand management, effective lead generation, and revenue enhancement.
  • Team Development: Inspire and guide a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation while setting clear performance goals.
  • Channel Oversight: Manage all marketing channels, including digital platforms, television, and radio, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and optimizing vendor relationships.
  • Brand Strategy: Strengthen brand visibility and reputation across all customer interactions, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand identity.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate marketing effectiveness, recommend new KPIs, and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and enhance customer experience.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Engage in showroom design and customer experience initiatives, while maintaining relationships with key marketing personnel in the industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated success in formulating and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team mentorship and motivation.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a proven ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
