Job Title: Specialist SEM

At Peapod Digital Labs, we're seeking a highly skilled Specialist SEM to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing our overall search engine marketing (SEM) strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads platforms
  • Build and execute campaign strategies to drive traffic, revenue, and profitability
  • Optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics, including conversions, CPA, ROAS, and profit
  • Test and implement new ad copy, expand keyword inventory, and perform campaign experiments
  • Manage and communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, including creation, execution, ad copy, optimization, and reporting
  • Experience managing large monthly budgets
  • Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Ads, with certifications a plus
  • Experience with Smart Bidding, Shopping Ads, and PMAX
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Deep knowledge of paid search strategy, tactics, and execution
  • Experience with SA360 or other bidding platforms
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills

We offer a flexible/hybrid work schedule, with 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD, and Mauldin, SC. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
