Commercial Lines Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at World Insurance Associates, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume book of insurance business, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional service and advocacy to drive client loyalty and retention.
- Grow client relationships by building strong, professional relationships and delivering high-quality service and communication.
- Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policies with precision and attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures to provide expert advice to clients.
- Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the department manager to coordinate expiration lists and obtain renewal business information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
- Three years minimum commercial account management experience required.
- Property & Casualty License required.
- Valid driver's license and insurance, required.
- Strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Applied/Epic or similar agency management software experience, preferred.
- Able to work independently and enjoy a high degree of interaction with team members.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability to actively listen and problem-solve with minimal assistance.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
