Technical Operations Manager

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a skilled Technical Operations Manager to oversee the technical operations of multiple centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical operations, staff management, and budget management. The Technical Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining programs, goals, and objectives necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation. This includes analyzing operations related to staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment, and supplies, and recommending and implementing solutions and changes. The Technical Operations Manager will also develop and manage the budget for the technical operations and recommend financial decisions for the center. Additionally, the Technical Operations Manager will monitor performance and profitability of services offered, provide ongoing and timely communication to management and staff regarding center performance, staff performance, events, issues, etc. The Technical Operations Manager will also partner with the Manager, Administrative Operations on market initiatives and on-going operations, interface with Radiologists to create and maintain up-to-date protocol manuals for all modalities, and maintain productive relationships with center's customer base in defined market through delivery of extraordinary customer service. The Technical Operations Manager will also attend sales calls and lunch meetings with sales team, providing operations knowledge, administer quality programs, and meet or exceed key quality and productivity measures in patient service, customer (referral) service, clinical programs, and administrative functions. The Technical Operations Manager will also maintain a safe environment for patients, technologists, radiologists, and any other center associates with the assistance of the center safety coordinator, ensure compliance with all HIPAA guidelines, oversee and assist in training of new associates and supervisors, participate in staff performance management and evaluations, compensation recommendations, and development of associates, develop, coach, and provide training opportunities for all direct reports based on assessment of individual needs to ensure critical leadership development, lead regular staff meetings and associate one-on-one discussions, support and conduct training efforts for continuing education for the technologists and nurses, ensure all technologists are compliant with CEU credits, in good standing with appropriate registries, updated with CPR credits, etc., and implement strategies to promote teamwork within the center and market. The Technical Operations Manager will work with Chief Technologists to build high performing and engaged teams and complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
