Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving our culture and ensuring that our Front Office Team delivers an exceptional service experience. This includes maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the Front Office Team to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Maintain brand and company standards across all aspects of front office operations.
  • Take initiative to resolve problems independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Manage day-to-day staffing needs, including scheduling and training.
  • Act as a manager on duty, providing 24/7 support and guidance.
  • Educate and train team members on new policies, procedures, and technologies.
  • Oversee guest services, night audit, and housekeeping leadership, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Promote sales and drive revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.

Requirements
