Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $120,000 to $160,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous base salary, you will also be eligible for performance-based incentives and benefits packages, including comprehensive health insurance, dental coverage, vision care, employee assistance programs, and a retirement savings plan.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Leader to join our team and drive business growth in the US retail market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, with expertise in strategic planning, customer relationship building, and financial analysis. This is a senior leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales volume and contribution goals;
  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with key customers to foster trust and drive organic growth;
  • Provide strategic oversight to achieve sales initiatives and manage trade spend effectively;
  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals to realize their full potential and optimize sales growth initiatives;
  • Collaborate with peers and cross-functional departments to ensure best-in-class execution of brand initiatives and the overall business plan.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 5-7 years of experience in sales management, and a strong background in strategic thinking, selling, presentation, negotiation, organizational, financial analysis, and broker management. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. A willingness to travel as needed to drive business results is essential, and ideally, you should be located within the market served by the incumbent or within one hour of a major airport.
