Payroll Manager Job Description

At Movement Search & Delivery, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Manager to oversee and manage our payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in processing payroll using SAP and Oracle systems, as well as strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process for our workforce of 2,000+ employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll cycles.
  • Utilize SAP and Oracle platforms to handle payroll tasks, including processing salaries, bonuses, commissions, benefits, and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations and labor laws, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
  • Lead, train, and mentor payroll team members to achieve high standards of operational efficiency.
  • Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries, discrepancies, and issues.
  • Ensure accurate payroll reporting and provide detailed reports to management as required.
  • Coordinate year-end payroll activities, including tax reporting and audit preparation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll management experience, preferably with large-scale operations (2000+ employees).
  • Proficiency in SAP and Oracle payroll systems.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a payroll team.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
