Job Summary

The Site Supervisor is a key role within Kett Engineering, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test sites. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate all project requirements and scheduling, ensuring sufficient coverage and timely completion of tasks.
  • Logistics Management: Manage vehicle testing and test trips, coordinating with other supervisors, drivers, customers, and Kett personnel to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Employee Relations: Hire and onboard new employees, complete and file paperwork, and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
  • Leadership and Development: Motivate employees to reach objectives, maintain high performance and safety standards, and actively mentor and train employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Operational Management: Ensure test/route schedules are rigorously maintained, monitor driving habits, and implement procedures and/or equipment as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Requires leadership skills acquired in a degree program or in two to four years of progressive responsibility in managing people in a customer service-related environment.
  • Skills/Experience: Thorough knowledge of testing requirements, systems, and operating procedures, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to drive an automatic and/or manual transmission vehicle.
